Yen Bien Luxury Hotel provided a fantastic escape after days spent exploring rural Vietnam. The rooftop pool under the full moon was a magical experience! The staff were genuinely friendly.

While the room was clean, the gym equipment was limited was nice. The breakfast menu felt a bit lackluster compared to other places I visited.

I spent 1 night here and thoroughly enjoyed that. It was fine base for travelling to Ha Giang, I was glad to stay there. All the employees were AMIABLE and helpful. The room was top-class and spacious with smoke detectors for safety measures.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of choices. The location was ideal, as it allowed easy access to local restaurants and the weekend night market, providing cultural experiences.

Check-in was delayed, causing inconvenience after a long journey.

Had my solo adventure here and loved the mountain views from my spacious room! The rooftop pool at night with the moonlight was magical. Though the music from a nearby dance class starts early, I managed to catch some z's. The outdoor dining area really added charm to breakfast. Watch out for pricey laundry though!

great stay , but minor improvements needed

The superior twin room offered a spacious layout and was impeccably clean. Enjoying the amazing mountain view from my window each morning was a highlight of my stay. The rooftop swimming pool was a lovely escape in the evenings, especially under the full moon glow.

The gym equipment was not adequate for a full workout, making it challenging to stick to my fitness routine.

Just a reliable pick for a swift stopover in Ha Giang with very nice value for money. The rooftop pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Request a room away from the karaoke bar for a quieter stay.

The spacious large double room provided a comfortable stay, and the staff's genuine efforts to assist, despite limited English, made a difference. The massage services were really good, offering professional care that was so good. The dining options were quite limited, and the fitness facilities need improvement, as the gym lacks sufficient equipment. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, impacting my overall experience.

Absolutely the cleanest space I've encountered in Vietnam! My room was such a delight, I stayed an extra night to soak it all in.

And who knew a stay could so closely resemble a laundry shop jackpot-ouch!
